Hailey founded Knot and Rouge in 2019. She is passionate about working in the wedding business as well as behind the chair. She specializes in bridal hair and color. Alaska is a licensed Hairstylist and Esthetician here in the Portland Metro area. Her goal is to help people see how naturally beautiful they are with Hair and Makeup alone. I genuinely love making people feel their best. I focus on Bridal/event Hair and Makeup, Haircuts and coloring behind the chair year round.
