Hailey founded Knot and Rouge in 2019. She is passionate about working in the wedding industry as well as behind the chair. Hailey also works as a hairstylist at Urban Rose Salon. Amber is a licensed esthetician and wedding makeup artist who specializes in enhanced soft glam. She has been in the industry for 6 years having worked on wedding parties of all sizes allowing her to hone in on her skills and perfecting them for each client she works with. Taylor has been working as a licensed stylist since 2017, but her friends and family have always joked that she's been a hairstylist since birth! She loves spending her weekends working with wedding parties, with a focus on creating long lasting styles that can hold up to everything a wedding day has in store!
